#NoToCorporateTakeover | In a quick response mobilization in Baguio City, a protester holds a “No, SM. You can’t have it all.” placard as an opposition to the corporate takeover of the mall giant for the “redevelopment” of the city’s public market.
The protesters are now in front of the Baguio Convention Center to stand against the corporate takeover of SM Prime Holdings for the “redevelopment” of the city’s public market.

A meeting between the corporation and and key local government officials is set to happen today.
“Baguio market is for Baguio people. Nobody else. No more SM, no more corporate greed,” Guia Limpin of Baguio We Want Forum and a resident of Baguio City emphasized.
