Rather than addressing substantive issues raised by many regarding their investigation of the alleged chemical weapon attack in Douma, Syria, the @opcw has responded by leaking a letter from its DG, Fernando Arias, & revealing the identify of one of its scientists. @RealDeeptiC
1) Remarkably the @opcw has chosen to leak this information to @bellingcat, a well-known state sponsored propaganda outlet. 4) The letter does nothing of the sort and, in fact, appears to largely reiterate material published in the original interim report (the report that was secretly altered and redacted by OPCW management) regarding chemistry results. https://wikileaks.org/opcw-douma/document/FirstdraftInterimReport/

6) Nor does the letter address key toxicology, ballistics and witness testimony anomalies detailed by the @couragefound panel. Specifically, regarding toxicology, the OPCW final report suppressed evidence from expert NATO toxicologists.
7) The NATO toxicologists confirmed that these victims piled up at Location 2 were not poisoned by chlorine gas at that location.
8) regarding ballistics, substantial questions remain regarding how this cylinder was able to cause the observed damage at Location 2
9) Whilst the final OPCW report has failed to explain how the cylinder at Location 4 performed a remarkable, physically impossible, sideways bounce across a bedroom
10 The OPCW's purportedly scientific explanation of the cylinder's trajectory is the following glib statement:
11) The Final Douma report also suppressed the testimony of multiple eye witnesses whose accounts did not support the allegation that an attack had occurred.
