1: Biden and Dems win WH/Congress
2: Dems pass amendment limiting SCOTUS to 7 seats and remove most recent nominations (Kavanaugh & Barrett)
3: Dems pass law capping SCOTUS at 9 justices
4: Biden appoints two nominees to SCOTUS
5: Pass supermajority rule again for appts

Would this possibly be the strongest play in US political history? I have to say I’m tired of watching older Dems try to play nice. It’s time to play ruthless within the lines of the law. Nothing about what I said is illegal and resets the SCOTUS. Would Dems ACTUALLY be so bold?

Also could leave at 7 with a 4-3 split with Roberts seemingly being more moderate as his time has grown. Leave the push back to 9 for next Dem POTUS as a promise to return SCOTUS to 9 Justices with appts by that POTUS. Would possibly be a rallying cry for 2024 Dems.
