A random thread of some iconic 2nd gen kpop MVs:
INFINITE- Before the Dawn (BTD):
Let’s be real, you’ve all tried the scorpion dance at least once. Tbh Infinite deserved so much more recognition, their choreography and vocals are always top notch.
DBSK/TVXQ- Mirotic:
You had an innocent childhood if you didn’t discover this bop at the age of 13.
Big Bang- Haru Haru & Lies:
If you got into kpop between 2006-2010, these two were probably the first kpop songs you’ve heard.
SHINee- Replay, Ring Ding Dong, Lucifer, Everybody:
To only drop one iconic SHINee mv doesn’t feel right…the birth of (insert debut narrator voice) five shiny stars from the universe itself was iconic.
MYNAME- Baby I’m Sorry:
They don’t do kpop mv like this anymore. MYNAME did not put out this masterpiece of a mini drama for it to only have 8mil views. The song, storyline, acting…ICONIC.
2PM- Hands Up:
A friend of mine called 2PM the fathers of 'Korean frat boys music' and you will definitely still hear this song playing at korean clubs.
BAP- Warrior:
I know BAP debuted at the end of 2nd gen/going on to 3rd gen BUT their debut song was too good to not include in this thread. No seriously…they were like crazy good for a rookie group.
