Play your best players, and ask them to do what they& #39;re good at. Why is this such a difficult fucking concept for people paid millions of dollars a year to do just that?

he& #39;s the only coach in the NFL who figured out that you need to consistently play to your players& #39; strengths and try to mask their weaknesses. Consistently molds his approach to what his personnel can do. Why is that so revolutionary?
and I know it& #39;s not working in NE this year. They don& #39;t have a QB. Only so much coaching can do. But he consistently puts his guys in position to succeed by asking them to do what they& #39;re best at. I don& #39;t get how so many others don& #39;t do that.
