Play your best players, and ask them to do what they're good at. Why is this such a difficult fucking concept for people paid millions of dollars a year to do just that?

It's literally how Belichick built a juggernaut for 20 straight years.
he's the only coach in the NFL who figured out that you need to consistently play to your players' strengths and try to mask their weaknesses. Consistently molds his approach to what his personnel can do. Why is that so revolutionary?
and I know it's not working in NE this year. They don't have a QB. Only so much coaching can do. But he consistently puts his guys in position to succeed by asking them to do what they're best at. I don't get how so many others don't do that.
