I wonder if people understand that Trump is going to try to steal the election by suing to invalidate legal ballots under different pretenses in different states, that the Supreme Court will help him, and that when that happens the only choice we have is a general strike.

A general strike is a mass peaceful protest which includes a work stoppage in which millions of people flood the streets and refuse to leave until Trump steps down.

It is one thing those in power truly fear from the people.

We shouldn’t have to take to the streets in peaceful protest to ensure our children grow up in a democracy. The forces of authoritarianism are exhausting. But if he loses and tries to hold onto power anyway, it will be our only choice.
