Depending on who you ask, having goals is the smartest thing to do or the dumbest thing to do. People just have so many questions about them:

• How do I set goals?
• How do I actually meet my goals?

Here are 3 different types of goals you can set:
1. Purpose Oriented Goals

Key question: What is my objective?

Example: "Hit 100,000 subscribers on Youtube"
2. Progress Oriented Goals

Key question: Is it progressing?

Example: My newsletter subscriber list increasing by 1 every day. As long as it's going up, I don't care about anything else.
3. Plan Oriented Goals

Key question: What is my plan for this?

Example: Go to the gym 3x per week. The visual progress doesn't matter, as long as I'm going 3x per week
