Currently crouched on the floor in the ER because every other chair is full and they moved a patient in a wheelchair RIGHT NEXT TO ME FACING ME and I did not feel safe. Not only do I have an autonomic disorder and can’t stand, but also an infection and a resting HR of 120. So 😭
I’m not really safe to leave but I also feel anything but safe here right now so not really sure what to do.
And also of course I’m alone. Because of COVID and the no-visitor policy which completely ignores the fact that family/loved ones are essential personnel for patients and not visitors.
