PSA for unsigned models. Do NOT let people make u believe that ur value as a model depends on if ur signed. Yes being signed is the goal, but u can get so much done by working hard toward what u ultimately want, while not signed.

If u have confidence in urself and walk into them castings with that, it will be seen and felt regardless. As an unsigned model I have gotten and done more for myself than people who have these personal managers. KNOW what u bring to the table because that’s really what they see.

Being signed is always a plus, and the ultimate goal. But there are people dead signed with Wilhelmina and get no castings and be broke as shit. Being signed means nothing to me if it will actually slow my pace. Doing this as smart as possible, for nobody but me.

And I’m not saying don’t get signed. Work for that shit. Because again in the end it’s great and will bring i success/ the bag, but I guess just be smart with who u sign to! And don’t think ur any less right now just because u not having an agency in ur bio.
