PSA: We encountered "Santa's Helper" today in La Grange. This man was approx 45 years old. So, old enough to be a better person.

He started eyeballing my photographer and I from across the street, prior to our 5pm live shot. Then he crossed over & stood next to us. (Cont.)

He then told us to "hurry up" with our broadcast because he didn't "have all day". When I asked him why he needed us to hurry up, he went off on a rant, telling us, "...my words are my weapons..."

We decided "going live" with him around, wasn't a safe option.

He yelled more at our cam - which wasn't airing - about how we are getting paid to tell "lies" about #Covid19. (Which, we're not.)

He thankfully then seemed to leave & we decided we could maybe do our live shot in peace.

Everything went well, til the last 10-15 secs. (Cont.)

We were LIVE on air when this "man" pulled up next to us in his vehicle & began SCREAMING at us from the car.

I couldn't hear exactly what he was saying, as I was trying to report. If his rant came across on TV, or if you thought I was too loud near the end, I apologize. (Cont.)
