Dang it. I have two Apple 2s on hand and they& #39;re both broken!
This one is missing a key and the space bar doesn& #39;t work and the other seems to have a dead psu

That& #39;s the best I was able to do
Hang on, the psu in the dead one wasn& #39;t connected... That was probably for a reason. I should test it before plugging it in.
and all the voltages coming off the connector match.
So I& #39;m not sure why this was disconnected.
So I& #39;m not sure why this was disconnected.
I got it working. I didn& #39;t risk testing the disconnected power supply... I instead pulled the power supply from the IIe Platinum and used that one!
So what& #39;s in this Apple II?
Well, there& #39;s a Super Serial card. that& #39;s neat.
There wasn& #39;t a memory upgrade, so I added one, since there was one in the IIe Platinum.
It& #39;s a PaceMark IIeasy RAM Memory Upgrade.

And an I/O Controller! This is a disk controller, for Disk II drives, UniDisk, and DuoDisk drives. I& #39;ve not seen one of these before.
oh yeah, that& #39;s good power-on noise
I& #39;m currently trying and failing to find the right adapters to let me use that serial port.
Because RS232 always requires N+1 adapters & cables, where N is the number you have on hand

I did realize I have this on hand.
It& #39;s a BMOW Floppy Emulator, and it can emulate a floppy disk drive for an Apple II or Mac. I& #39;d just need to find a microSD card and load it with floppy images.

I also realized that the cable it comes with has an IDC-20 to DB-19 adapter. that& #39;d probably work just fine with the Disk II drive...
oh yeah that& #39;s good apple IIs
I already have Oregon Trail in the generator (for the tombstone screen) but I should add the general store too.
you know, let you add other things to his list of sold items

dang it.
the font used for the tombstone is the same as the font used in the general store... but with different spacing!
