Welcome to the last full week before #ElectionDay ! Americans have never had this many options to cast their votes in a secure way. Even w/ the activity we've seen from Iran & Russia we have confidence in the security of your vote, & you should, too. #Protect2020
Thx for the feedback on http://cisa.gov/rumorcontrol  - we think it's pretty great, too & a good way to get facts into the hands (brains?) of voters. We changed how we're presenting info over the wknd, emphasizing reality over rumor. First impressions & all that. Check it out & share!
One observation on election security thus far: Early voting options help from a security/resilience perspective, as we have more opportunities to identify, isolate, investigate, & fix any issues early on. So give your election officials a break and vote early, if you can.
Things to keep an eye out for: this week & nxt are prime territory for visible, seemingly disruptive attempts to undermine confidence in voting systems. Website defacements are superficial; Denial of Service attacks might deprive you of info, but won't compromise the vote itself.
Remember, our job's not done on Nov 3 - in the days & weeks that follow we will see efforts to delegitimize the process. Don't fall for it - seek trusted sources of info like your state/local election officials! They're pros & know what they're doing. #TrustedInfo2020
America, even with all that's going on out there, you're doing great. You're rising to the challenge and you're not letting outside influences get in the way of our national self-determination. American voters decide American elections. #KeepCalmandVoteOn
