Ricecakes (29-36 calories per piece)
Greek yogurt, plain (100 calories per 176g)
Sometimes I add small berries or almonds in it
Buckwheat porridge (145 calories per serving, it may sound like a lot but I am always able to eat it without feeling guilty)
