Alright I& #39;ve been thinking and I would like to talk to The Sims Team @SimGuruGraham @SimGuruFrost @SimGuruNinja @SimGuruLyndsay etc. for a second about a few ways to improve our game and packs. Just a few things to think about and discuss amongst each other.

Ik you probably hear this all the time but more hair colors, skin tones, body hair, nails, eyelashes, and colored variations of every hairstyle instead of only a few. These things only seem essential to creating the diversity we all strive for.
We don& #39;t have a true jet black hair color, there are so many more shades of brown and even blonde not represented. And it can get so frustrating trying to get the right eyelash length for your sims. I wanna suggest a color wheel but there are some apprehensions.
The color wheel many people have been asking for from The Sims 3 would cause anything it was used on to lose its texture and the colors didn& #39;t always turn out the way you& #39;d hoped. If these things can be fixed then it would be a welcome addition.
Next, now that we& #39;ve gotten a fire fighter NPC to put out our sims on fire it& #39;s time to implement burglar and cop NPCs. And truth be told we have all the tools we need for it with the "Currently not in world" feature that hardly ever gets used and Get To Work.
Without the pack could work just like our fire fighter NPCs. But having it could make it so much better. Just give us a NPC/Townie currently not in world like Father Winter with the Klepto trait that changes into burglar clothes and sneaks onto lots at night to rob you.
And if the player has Get To Work the Cop and Llama Sims could be the police NPC/Townies. Otherwise they could work just like the current fire fighters. If we ever get a fire fighter active career it could work the same way with having an townie be the NPC fire fighter.
Idek if this next one is possible but we need a better memories system, and better traits I mean cmon clumsy isn& #39;t even clumsy. Sims only fumble dishes while washing them with that trait. We also need compatibility. Zodiac signs, favorites, and turn ons/offs.
For the memories system the current one isn& #39;t very user friendly. I would suggest when major things happen having a pop up message asking if you want it to be a memory. And it would be nice to implement special event cut scenes once again to feel like you& #39;re storytelling.
Instead of having traits determine how compatible sims are in bed. How about having conflicting traits and favorites in common make it easier/harder to get along, while zodiac signs determine compatibility and turn ons/offs determine how attracted they are to one another?
Finally on to packs. I& #39;m gonna be honest. They haven& #39;t been fulfilling for the most part. And here& #39;s why, you& #39;re giving us features that only fully work in the accompanying world. I.E. boats, jet skis, mermaids, etc. all only work in Sulani.
Festivals from City Living only work in San Myshuno. Clubs from Get Together, while you can make new ones and change old ones the feature is far too rooted in Windenberg. It would been better to have clubs differ between worlds and be able to create after school activities with.
In Eco Lifestyle while we can have neighborhood votes through our mailboxes the worlds don& #39;t change and grow like Evergreen Harbor. We need packs and features that can fully encompass the game and not leave things obsolete or outdated if you& #39;re not playing in that specific world.
You were able to add skating rinks to the empty space in all the worlds with Seasons why can& #39;t that space be used for pop up festivals too? You created lots that change with gameplay by having different lot types in one for Eco Lifestyle. So I have to ask...
Why can& #39;t we have lots with a similar feature that updates into a modern look, green look, or industrial look in other worlds for players to change and play with along with the eco footprints? Why can& #39;t you add the voting boards to other worlds?
Next, lets talk about packs like Strangerville, Jungle Adventure, and Journey To Baatu. I& #39;m all for adding stories and quests to the game. In fact, That reminds me BRING BACK LORE AND STORY PROGRESSION! But you took these singular stories and made them aspirations. No thanks.
A way that would makes adding these stories much more immersive would& #39;ve been to add a quest book. Which also connects back to memories and special event cut scenes. Getting to certain points in the quests would create cut scenes to further the story.
And having similar adventures never has to be limited to just these single worlds. Finding Forgotten Grotto and Sylvan Glade is an adventure and could& #39;ve been a quest. Learning about vampires, witches, discovering the Realm, aliens all adventures that could have been quests.
And lets not forget that completing chapters in these quests would unlock interactions, objects, and items that wouldn& #39;t normally be found without cheats. Y& #39;see it& #39;s all about immersion and connectivity so the game doesn& #39;t feel dead or lifeless and features/packs become obsolete.
Last thing on the list is FIX RESTAURANTS SO THE ACTUALLY WORK PLEASE?! And make it so Sims actually use the cash register. That& #39;s the whole point of it being there right? I will even leave you with one last idea/example on how to connect packs to the rest of the game.
With the idea of being able to build different version of lots based on neighborhood action plans from Eco Lifestyle. You could essentially do the same thing with retail. You can add different "stages/levels" to the business so it can grow the more money you spend or successful.
Similar to TS2 Pets for console how the little shops would grow the more pet points you spent there. The more successful the business the more it grows and the more items and clothing you could unlock that& #39;s not normally found in build/buy or CAS.
It could work for hair styles too if we had a hair salon in the game like Open For Business but new features, careers, etc. is a whole other ball game than just how to make this game better with what we have now.
