So apparently ada doula suggest kepada parents untuk lahirkan anak di rumah.. end up baby mati. Doctor dapat tahu, warning others guna case ni â lepas tu doula saman fitnah/defamation â doula menang and doctor kena bayar Rm230k, padahal doula tu yang punca casualty tu. 
Apparently the court deem the doctor is wrong sebab defame and fitnah the doula, padahal memang ada bukti (according to the doctor) yang doula tu yang suggested fatal advices.. entah la. Just because its law doesnât mean its just.
