The degree of chaos you introduce to your life determines how much you'll improve.

Chaos is a catalyst for growth.
If your mom was dying and you needed to raise two million within six months to save her, you probably wouldn't be able to do so if you were dirt poor,

but you might end up raising a million.
When there's a lot on the line, humans tend to find a way.

When there is comfort, even in the slightest form, however, we also find a way to make it remain.

Eliminating comfort from your life is the fastest way to grow.
People who *make it* from ground zero usually shoot past those who do so from a well to do family,

and some people stop growing once they reach a certain level because they get comfortable and no longer have the same zeal they did when they had nothing.
A man will endure a bad relationship as long as he occasionally gets what he wants, tolerating abuse and disrespect all the while.

Mostly because he doesn't want the uncertainty of trying to build newer and better relationships.
Once he no longer gets what he wants, ever, he is forced to have to build better relationships,

and not wanting to end up in the same type of relationship he left, he goes on a search for how to build better relationships,

something he should have done a long time ago.
Chaos disrupts the natural order of things. It tests the strength of your systems, and the validity of your methods.

If they crumble then you know it's time to build better systems and adopt better methods.
If they survive, then you introduce more chaos. The higher the level of disruption, the stronger your systems and methods have to be to survive.

This is like a check and balance against complacency and a way of ensuring you keep moving.
You have to introduce chaos to your life because your environment might not always do so.

When you elevate, you inevitably get to a point where you are comfortable.

At this point you:

"Microdose chaos often."
