But such a dull , safe public image with that balding pate and M&S pullovers

2/ The subject of one of my favourite WTF ? Sunday NOTW Front pages of the past few decades. “Frank Bough: I took drugs with vice girls”
Frank: the least likely tv star to be caught snorting coke with hookers.
He had us all fooled!

3/ So
Many hours spent doorstepping his house (next door to Ernie Wise) outside Bray.
On one occasion Ernie shouting from his upstairs window : “What’s Frank done now?” 
Before inviting us in for a cup of tea..  Ernie and his wife were wearing bathrobes from the Dorchester ...

4/ Frank took his fall from grace with class and without complaining. He just disappeared from public life..
We will not see his likes again ...
