Hola, hoy deseo hacer un homenaje a todas y todos los animalitos que se nos adelantaron, pero que volveremos a ver, por lo cual les quiero platicar lo que significa la ofrenda para la cultura mexicana, así mismo los elementos que lleva y la leyenda de los perros y el Día de…

Estamos a pocos días del Día de muertos y es una tradición poner una ofrenda para aquellos que dejaron este mundo, para la Cultura Mexicana hoy en día sigue constituyendo una tradición muy arraigada.

Los perros, gatos y otros animalitos somos parte de la familia, sin duda, y es por eso que cuando hemos partido nuestros papis y mamis sienten la necesidad de honrar nuestra memoria y recordarnos con amor.
Una ofrenda de día de muertos no tiene porque estar limitada a los humanos que ya no están, sino que también incluye a los animalitos que se adelantaron.
Tomando en cuenta los cambios en las familias, ahora tiene más aceptación que seamos llamados Perrihijos, que se nos tome como miembros de la familia y se reconozca que no importa si somos De La Calle o somos de Raza, al final del día Damos el Mismo Amor a las personas.
Para muchas personas el reconocer nuestra existencia en la familia y luchar por nuestros derechos dentro de la sociedad ha sido desde hace muchos años, pero hasta ahora se está logrando el inicio del cambio, pero falta mucho camino por recorrer pues muchos de nosotros tengamos…

Orígen de la Ofrenda
El Día de Muertos, dentro de la cosmovisión indígena, es el retorno de transitorio de las ánimas o almas de los difuntos, quienes regresan al mundo de los vivos para convivir con sus familiares a través de sus ofrendas.
En la época prehispánica, varias civilizaciones como la mexica, maya, purépecha, totonaca y otras, veneraban a sus muertos al final del ciclo agrícola del maíz con distintos rituales.
La historia cuenta que la muerte daba inicio al viaja hacia el Mictlán, que es el lugar de los muertos.
Para llegar ahí, las almas deben pasar por diferentes obstáculos para llegar con Mictlantecuhtli y Mictecacíhuatl, el señor y señora de los muertos, que son los dioses del Mictlán, y a quienes se les debe hacer una ofrenda para descansar por toda la eternidad.
En las ofrendas se coloca la escultura de un perro o un perro real de la raza Xoloitzcuintle, representando al Dios Xólotl, se dice el perro ayudará a cruzar a las almas el río Itzcuintlán (primera dimensión para llegar al Mictlán, se conoce también en algunos lugares como río…

Generalmente los elementos que todas las ofrendas para tus peluditos llevan lo siguiente, pero NO ES RESTRICTIVO, YA QUE EL LÍMITE DE TÚ OFRENDA ES TÚ IMAGINACIÓN, LOS ELEMENTOS QUE TENGAS DE TUS ANIMALITOS A TÚ ALCANCE, pues no siempre las mamis y papis que han perdido…
…perritos, gatitos o cualquier otro miembro de la familia; guardan las cosas o ropa de los animalitos pues les provocan dolor tenerlas.
Sin embargo todos los elementos que desees incluir en tú ofrenda son válidos, porque son puestos con todo el Amor que Tienes por ellos y Quieres Mostrarles que No los Haz Olvidado, que Seguirán Siendo Parte de la Familia Aunque Se Hayan Adelantado y que Se Reunirán Nuevamente…

Accesorios: Las cobijas en las que dormía calientito todas las noches o su collar con placa si es que todavía lo conservas, fue algo que portó un buen tiempo mientras estaba contigo.
¿Cuándo es el Día de Muertos para Animalitos?
Sabemos que el 1 de Noviembre está dedicado a los Santos Inocentes, y es cuando se ponen las ofrendas a las personas que murieron durante la infancia.
El día 2 está dedicado a los adultos o muertos mayores.
Tradicionalmente, no hay un día asignado para las mascotas, sin embargo hace ya algunos años se lanzó la propuesta de considerar el día 3 de Noviembre como el Día de Muertos de las Mascotas.
Por supuesto, tú puedes poner la ofrenda para tú perrito o gatito desde el 28 de Octubre, como es la tradición, y seguramente que en alguno de esos días, ¡Nuestros Queridos Peludos encontrarán el camino a casa desde Mictlán!
