Hi @Variety. Looking at what you’ve written about the artist Kim Seokjin in your magazines, it seems to me that you haven’t done your research on him properly. As I have what is called respect for the said artist, which you clearly seem to lack, please allow me to provide you
with some useful information about him. Without further ado, let’s begin. Kim Seokjin is indeed the oldest member of BTS, and he was indeed street casted by a @BigHitEnt representative, but that is not all.
At that time Jin was studying acting at Konkuk University, which is a prestigious university in South Korea. He got accepted into the said university on early admission solely because of his great skills and passion he has for acting.
In 2017, he graduated with a degree in film and animation. He looks dashing here.
Apart from being a very well educated and talented actor, Kim Seokjin is also an incredible vocalist. The Grammy’s wrote an article about Seokjin’s 2018 cover song ‘In front of the post office in Autumn’ originally by the living legend of Korean rock, Yoo Do-hyun in 1994.
In Kim Young Dae’s 2019 novel ‘BTS: The Review’, it is said that the Grammy Panel gave him the name “silver voice” because of his strong falsetto and stable breath control. According to the NME, “Jin’s spine - tingling falsetto wails during the
final headbang - worthy section of ‘Dionysus’” is the best moment of the MOTS Persona album. In the list of the best 75 boy band songs of all time selected by the Rolling Stone, Seokjin’s solo song ‘Moon’ in the MOTS 7 album was placed at no 5. Moon is performed and co-written by
Seokjin. Moon has 109 # 1s on iTunes worldwide. So you see, Kim Seokjin is a critically acclaimed vocalist who is breaking and making records and these are just some out of the many achievements and praises he has received from professionals and critics for his vocals.
Since 2018, Seokjin has been a monthly donor to UNICEF Korea and then became a member of the UNICEF Honors Club in 2019. Kim Seokjin is indeed a person with great character.
As you can see now Kim Seokjin also known as BTS Jin has so many interesting things about him. Isn’t it unfair and disrespectful to strip him off of all of these wonderful things and to reduce him just to his age and his e word when you are writing about him?
e word means enlistment (I don't want to mess up his searches) and please excuse any grammatical/spelling errors because English is not my first language.
