Tracing a picture same weight line art is frankly always going to look like ass just learn to draw and make interesting shapes to counter the loss of dimension you're going to get from doing flat colors lol
It's also just a way to instantly age someone. Using th same width + color line to map out wrinkles looks doo doo
I don't really care when art babies do vector tracing (altho it's funny noticing the trend where they just don't add eyes because they look dead) but if you're making a career off of it please learn to draw because its the reason your art looks like shit!
if the majority of your income is art prints or design and all youre doing is selecting a font + tracing something + googling a color palette + slapping on a quote, are you really a creative or are you just taking a bunch of elements and slapping them together based on trends
no one cares about this thread but im just saying like, put effort into your art and dont flat out trace shit. i promise even if your drawing skills are amateuristic itll look cooler and more fun than simply removing dimensionality from a photo that already exists.
like make a fucking collage! take the photo and include it in your art before you just like. do vector line tracing and flat colors and act like your lack of detail was a choice and not just being lazy
