If you're gonna stake a claim on who used the words first (which you shouldn't, that's dumb) ...
Thomas Friedman had a Green New Deal.
Barack Obama talked about a Green New Deal.
...and all of that was before Howie Hawkins and the Green Party came up with his Green New Deal.

Some of us are serious about building people & political power to win real material change for working people, our planet, & future generations.
Others are interested in calling people who are effective in doing that "sellouts" on Twitter so that they can grift more followers

Anyways, 8 days to kick the climate denier out of the White House then continue the fight for a GND. That won't be accomplished by voting for the Green Party or by attacking AOC on Twitter.
