I will work as hard as I can to rally the troops for the final push towards victory.

You first, need to understand what I mean by "victory".

Remember we are fighting on two different fronts.

One on the earthly realm and the other in the spirit realm.

You may think my comments about the spirit realm are allegorical.

I assure you they are not. The spirit realm is just as real as ours is.

Let's look at what we know about spirits.

Spirits have been defined throughout human history in a number of different ways.

The most beloved spirit of all is our Lord God or Jehovah, see Exodus 6.2. It is His unspoken name.

The spirit world consists of entities who can be separated into two distinct classes. Good and evil.

Almost everyone believes in evil spirits. I will address the reason for

that phenomenon a bit later in this thread.

Unbelievers in our Lord do not possess a spirit connection to God.

In this state, God does not receive them.

The soul vs spirit is a whole different subject matter that we can explore at a later date if you wish.

ponder that. It is quite a remarkable subject to think about.

Angel's are spirit beings that can exist in both realms. They have the ability to live for long periods of time in this realm. Consider the story of Lot when he was warned to leave the city of Sodom by two

angel's he had taken to his house.

Consider the angel who appeared to Mary.

Holy angel's are spirit beings but can also appear to be earthly in nature. They are created beings who are often in Gods service.

It is written, that the saints will also receive heavenly bodies.

Let's get back to spirits both good and evil.

The connection to God that is in all believers, is the spirit.

Again the best example of this is God who is connected to the Son and Holy Spirit via the spirit.

Our Holy God is triune. God the Father God the Son and the Holy Spirit

Hopefully this is all making sense to you. As you know, I am not a man of the cloth. I am simply an observer who has some formal education in these matters.

I welcome correction on any matter that is either unclear or in error. Especially from those who have far greater

knowledge than I possess on this subject.

The reason for broaching this subject, is to cause you to reflect on these matters and to pray for discernment.

I am hoping to act as a catalyst. I am not attempting to replace the teaching of your pastor or priest.

The reason evil

spirits capture our imagination more than good spirits is because our society is immersed in the culture of evil. It is all around us. Hollywood makes a fortune off horror films and more especially those that depict evil spirits.

All Hallows Eve or Halloween is a night of pagan

origins, loosely associated with death. It has a huge influence worldwide for a variety of reasons that I won't go into.

As you might have guessed, I don't partake in that particular celebration.

The war in the spirit world is referenced in the Bible.

Ephesians 6:12 is

but one reference.

The war in the physical is also mentioned in quite some detail in all of the prophetic books in the Bible.

The study of this prophetic body of work in the Bible is called Eschatology.

So there you have it, as concise as I can put it together for your

consideration and further research. The war that we are involved in is on two fronts. The physical and the spirit realms.

Gird your loins. This is all about to become very clear to everyone.

The evil ones already know their time is short. In this sense they hold an

advantage in the short term. Those who do not currently understand the full nature of this war will undergo a rather rude awakening.

Then I expect victory to be ours.

We will turn to God as a nation and ask for forgiveness and yes... for victory
