Sooo hey. To the "if you don't vote, you can't complain" crowd: lots of people who would like to can't vote.
Like me. For the first time in 20 years, I won't be casting my vote for President because the absentee ballot I requested in spring has not arrived yet.

The last time this happened, I had just arrived in NYC from my home state, and had requested an absentee ballot.

There is voter suppression happening here that WE DO NOT YET FULLY UNDERSTAND. I'm still on my voter rolls, but both my voting district and polling place have been changed. I can only vote in person.
Y'all PLEASE don't jump on this thread with simple bullshit. I'm truly upset about this and scrambling to find a fix.
