1. Need to say something here: I've seen a lot of folks mistakenly credit the Biden campaign for the tight race in Texas. We're all voting for Joe, but the campaign hasn't done much of anything in Texas. 2. Beto has been everywhere, every day, doing everything he can to generate enthusiasm for down-ballot Texas Dems. His effort has made a tangible difference here.

3. A lot of us were hard on him for joining the presidential race, but since dropping out, Beto has been focused like a laser on flipping Texas. He deserves credit for that.
