Should Christians Celebrate Halloween: A Thread
The History of Halloween-

Halloween can be summarized as Satan’s birthday. It’s been regarded as the holiest of days to the occult. It originated from the ancient Celtic festival of Samhain.
Druitds would sacrifice children to appease the gods of death. They would use the fat from the child to make candles to place inside of gourds (origins of jackolantern) and then set them on their front porch as a blessing.
If you didn’t offer the gods of death your child sacrificed gourd, you would be cursed (origin of trick or treat). To protect yourself from the spirits of death you would dress up as them to disguise yourself (origin of costumes).
When the spirits came to your door, you’d have to give them an offering (origin of candy) to stop them from haunting your home.
“The history of Halloween is ripe with rampant demonic paganism & extreme dark rituals. Every aspect of Halloween is in remembrance of what was...” -Matthew, Ex Witch
“I am glad that Christians allow their children to worship the devil at least one night of the year.” Anton Levay, Founder of The Church of Satan
