Track 1: Through the wire

This tells his story of the struggle he dealt with before being signed and how he prevailed through the car accident. Starts the album off well because it’s a great track to get you invested in Ye’s personality
Track 2: Crack Music

This track is the true intro to the album. With the ending of the track having the spoken word of how he’s going to bag up “Crack Music” for people to help them with their problems.
Track 3: Can’t Tell Me Nothing

This anthem is the “Crack Music” referenced in the last track. He is giving the people the energy to say “you can’t tell me nothing” through this anthem about daily struggles until the people get their money right.
Track 4: Amazing

He finds it amazing about his impact on the world after helping them find self love and giving them confidence through the last track.
Track 5: Dark Fantasy

This starts with the statement “can we get much higher” after he’s reached his peak popularity after having a huge impact on the world. However, it is a dark fantasy.
Track 6: N**gas In Paris

This is Kanye at the peak of everything. He has made it and this is the “flexer” track of the album.
Track 7: Guilt Trip

After getting caught up in his fantasy he’s forgotten to keep his relationship going. He feels guilty for this however, he asks the question “If you loved me so much then why’d you let me go?” near the end of the track, switching the blame. Due to his ego.
Track 8: Real Friends

Continuing the theme of the end of the last track, he switches the blame to his friends. He has realised most of his friends have not been so supportive during this period and were only there to use him. Now he’s too busy to be around his real friends.
Track 9: Ghost Town

After being taken down for a while, Kanye has realised it’s not worth it being stuck over the tragic ending of his relationship and ends the track off with “I put my hand on the stove, to see if I still bleed” he feels as if he is invincible going forward.
Track 9: Cudi Montage

This wraps up most of the previous themes of conscious raps for the people in Ye’s verse but also themes later in the album of being saved from the pain he’s experienced and that he feels stronger now. He asks for further help from God to stay strong.
Track 10: Use This Gospel

He shares the strength he has gained from God to protect himself and those around him. Telling everyone to “use this gospel for protection” as he is on his “hard road to heaven”.
