Another rule, NEVER hire a wedding photographer without seeing a few of their wedding shots from multiple weddings.
Someone who& #39;s good at regular portraits could be horrendous at shooting events.

Meet with your photographers and get everything in writing. Discuss the type of photos you want, who& #39;s most important to photograph etc. Most photographers have contracts outlining things like delivery dates, amount of photos to be delivered etc.
