Seems odd given I told the First Minister on April 22 about positive Covid patients being knowingly dischaged to care homes, and it was in our paper the day after https://twitter.com/Sunday_Post/status/1320341977544572928
There was a lot going on at that point in the pandemic. It was bedlam some days. But would this issue, put the FM at her daily briefing, not have merited further investigation after we raised it? Even if she didn't catch the comment, there must have been lots of officials watching
Looking at the wording of the First Minister's letter, though... there is plenty of wiggle room for the FM to argue that her letter does not say she had no idea. It talks about ministers/officials not having "information on the results of Covid-19 tests prior to discharge..."
