One of the highlights of the day for me was meeting and speaking with two young local producers, Amy Nankivell & Tom Price. These two young people epitomise regional youth with their vision, passion and love of living in the regions.

Their knowledge in their chosen fields, along with #Mundoora Butcher Rhys O'Donohue, is superior. It gives a sense of confidence for what the future holds. Rhys, Amy & Tom, all under 30 years old, are fine ambassadors for regions. #RegionsMatter

In case anyone is wondering about the animal welfare aspect- the knowledge that Amy & Tom hold around animal husbandry and animal welfare was excellent - & they are learning every day. They truly understand the importance of caring for their stock.
