1.What is the real reason you feel so attached to that person that you can’t seem to let go of? What do they provide for you that is more important than your overall peace and wellbeing? Can you give that to yourself?
2.When was the last time you were genuinely happy in your emotions? What was occurring at that time, and how have things in your life evolved since then?
http://3.Is  there anyone in your life that you sincerely trust enough to be your full, authentic self with them? What parts of yourself have you kept hidden away for no one to see?
http://4.How  does the thought of being vulnerable make you feel: comfortable or anxious? Why do you feel that way? What would be required in order for you to feel safe to let your guard down to express yourself?
5.What is your biggest regret in life regarding the way you treat others? How has that decision impacted your life as you know it? Have you suppressed your guilt or does it linger in the back of your mind?
6.What’s something that you’ve never forgiven your parents for doing or not doing? Have you had that conversation with them? What would forgiveness look and feel like to you? Are you ready to take that step?
7.What would you do if you didn’t feel limited by your environment, resources, or current circumstances? What keeps you trapped in the mindset that things won’t or can’t change for you?
http://8.Do  you believe that you’re beautiful? Why are why not? Imagine speaking to yourself when you were 8 years old...would you say the same things to that child that you say to yourself as an adult?
9.What’s a reoccurring dream that you’ve been having for a long time? What happens and how does it make you feel? What do you think your dream is trying to tell you? Do you know if it’s a dream or if it’s a memory?
10.Why do you get so angry about certain things? Why do they have so much power over you? Will it matter an hour from now? If not, figure out why you can’t seem to let it go.
