I speak with a lot of restaurant owners every week and encourage them to do two things:

1) Know your customer fully
2) Take advantage of digital tools transparently

@tock supports Google analytics & Facebook / IG pixel ID. Why?
Because Search + Social are the giant networks... bigger than any other.

I just took that screenshot of the Alinea Tock page. With Tock you can see what works, what sells, who visits, who leaves, and full spend on your page instantly, live, and transparently.
This allows restaurants to hone their Tock listings to actually *sell* more. It also lets small biz leverage digital tools easily and for free.

OT and others simply can't or won't let you see the data on your restaurant listings *because they are monetizing it*.
Instead, I can see full demographics of our customers and even those who do *not* purchase -- just as important.

Then I can run ad campaigns via adwords or IG and have all sales attribution feed back into Tock... at the item level.

And it's EASY. And built in.
I cannot stress enough how important this one bit of transparency is.

Don't rely on your booking vendors monthly reports... understand where your customers come from and how they found you. It's all about search + social.

If you can't see this on your system, switch to Tock.
The results?

$228k in trailing 7-day sales from ~20k users.

NB --> That's future prepaid bookings / Tock To Go sales, not earned revenue at this point. Does not include any free reservations... just the $$.
I remain amazed that any restaurant, bar, winery, pop-up, or event does not insist on this as a base level feature. Don't believe the monthly reports from your vendors on attribution unless they give you full Pixel ID and GA access.

Spoiler: they won't.
