I know a lot of trolls were in that #FollowMeZoey101 livestream event but the criticism is valid. @Veeps @jamielynnspears #Zoey101

To be fair, the advertising was clear. We were paying to see a music video and behind-the-scenes footage. Some people should have read more carefully. But we can’t help but expect a little more.

What’s stopping this entire stream from going up on YouTube later? What was really “exclusive” about this experience? Was it to join a “chat” with the cast AND thousand of other people? We can easily chat with the cast elsewhere online (Twitter, Instagram, etc.)

Will 100% of ticket sales from this event go toward funding the eventual #Zoey101 reboot? If that’s the case, then I’m fine with my money going toward THAT! But to say this is an “exclusive” event is insulting to fans. @jamielynnspears @Veeps

The Q&A with @jamielynnspears also should’ve been live and interactive, rather than a pre-recorded video. Jamie’s FREE Instagram live Q&A with @ErinZariah a few days ago was better than what we got at this event.

I’m not usually one to complain to celebrities on social media but I wanted to provide some honest feedback about what I think was a disappointing experience.

I see that @jamielynnspears designated this event as “Chapter I.” If there will be future events like this, I think free access should go to everyone who purchased a ticket for today’s event (unless, like I said in my fourth tweet, this goes toward funding the reboot!).

Regardless of this criticism, I appreciate everyone putting this event together and I am soooo excited for the #Zoey101 reboot but I don’t think I trust buying any more tickets for “exclusive” events surrounding it. @jamielynnspears @Veeps
