Because no one is talking about this, if you still don't know, nct today displayed a sentence from a prayer Muslim Shias use, as a part of their stage background and for aesthetic purposes, what happened today at the performance is beyond disrespectful for all Muslims to be clear
the text displayed السلام على خامس اهل الكساء السلام على المرمل بالدماء is a part of the Husaini Columns prayer or (Ziyarat Al- Nahiya) and it's made for the prophet Mohammad's grandson Hussain
TW// blood, murder

The text translates to
"Peace be upon the fifth of the People of the Cloak, Peace be upon him, who was saturated in (his) blood"
and that refers to the big massacre where Hussain and the prophet's family were murdered
that's why it's beyond disrespectful to use such text in the performance, please stop using our religion for your concepts or aesthetic purposes, this is not okay
and just a reminder: ISLAM IS A RELIGION not a culture, this is not CA it's our religion and no this is being spoken about not to create fanwars or any of that sort, it's important to stop this, you're disrespecting other's beliefs and that's not okay

It just came to my attention that not just the text was displayed in the back but the whole interior of Hussain's monument.. this is just so f*cked up I'm sorry, but this is just too much. Just what we're they thinking? How is that okay?!
The ones who are at fault for this are both SBS and SM, i did not mention the boys for this, sometimes idols don't control such things, it's the company's fault and that's why they should take down the video and make a proper apology.
don't come up with the excuse of they don't know, they put the whole set up taking it from a sacred monument, that CLEARLY looks religious
for the ones who are referring to this as overreacting and unnecessary, the monument that was displayed in the bg along with that text is the place where Hussain (AS) the prophet's grandson was buried after he was martyred, fighting against injustice and for the sake of Islam +
it's a monument of peace and it's very important to Muslims, you can't come up to us and tell us what's important and what's not, it is straight up disrespectful.
⭕ This thread was not made in the purpose of creating conflict or drama, the situation is serious and if you can't see it, it's your problem. No one was talking about it and that's why it needed to be pointed out+
⭕ Disrespecting religion can't be tolerated, I'm sorry but I'm not gonna stand and watch others use sacred and religious monuments we highly respect as decorations and as aesthetic tools. It's so wrong on so many levels and that's why an explanation and an apology are needed.
