On August 27, 1966, Joe Biden married Neilia Hunter who was his first wife and from an affluent family in the 'FINGER LAKES' resort town of Skaneateles, NY.

This was Hunter Biden's mom and would explain his back tattoo.

On December 18, 1972, shortly after her husband became U.S. senator-elect, Neilia was driving with children Naomi, Beau and Hunter to buy a Christmas tree. When she pulled into traffic, the car was struck in the right-of-way by a truck.

Police determined that Neilia drove into the path of a tractor-trailer, possibly because her head was turned and she didn't see the oncoming truck. Neilia and Naomi died, but her two sons (Beau and Hunter) survived with serious injuries.

Biden later garnered controversy by making incorrect allegations that the truck’s driver, Curtis Dunn, who died in 1999, was drunk at the time. Biden was sworn in at the hospital where his sons were being treated.

At the time of the crash Joe Biden was having an affair with the baby sitter, Jill Stevenson. Jill Stevenson was married to Bill Stevenson and was also having an affair with Joe. Joe ended marrying Jill and is now now referred to as Jill Biden.
