I think this thread might have been done before? but who cares, so first you on google and search for ''Twitter appeal form'' or just click on this link here: https://help.twitter.com/forms/general
you answer a few questions (remember your email to that account, adding in a phone number is optional) BUT make sure your logged onto your suspending account while doing the questions or else twitter aint gonna do shit
twitter should send you an email asking you to reply back to them in which you do just that (nothing big or anything, just a simple hi or yes)
give it some time and you should be getting this kind of email
it honestly depends on what you have done, twitter might never give your account back if you got copyright claim or h@rassed somebody online but give it a go and hopefully you would get your account back fully!
