WALDMAN and US ….. a thread you might not like.

I've been reading all kind of nonsense about the Waldman situation, no one asked me my opinion so I apologise for giving you guys one. Do not read it if you don't want to. Here it goes:

1) We should SERIOUSLY wait to read what leaked information the Judge found a violation of the Protective Order. Before that, each and every speculation about Waldman behaviour or professionalism is absolutely useless and, given how watched we are, also quite dangerous.

2) If you are bored for the lack of news, pick a document read it and try to find something clever or at least useful to point out. When we find hidden details or when we fill part od the gap left by the press we're useful, when we whine like a kindergarten we're not.

3) Thinking that a successful lawyer who had a career way before JD case could possibly decide to randomly tweet stuff or email magazines without thinking about the good or bad consequences, without discussing with his collaborators or his CLIENT, +

without perfectly calibrating timing and contents is NAIVE and CHILDISH. JD might be not aware of every single move or word (that's what you pay lawyers for), but the tactic to follow is a lawyer IDEA and a client DECISION Have you ever had a lawyer or been involved in a lawsuit?

4) This is a DEFAMATION case, it is about reputation. The war might seem to be in Courts but it's not. It's on the press, it is a matter of public opinion. Both sides know that very well, both sides leaked stuff BECAUSE OF THAT.

OUR side might have leaked a little too much (we'll understand better once we know) because the press has never been fair with JD and the truth.
IT WAS NECESSARY. THEY HAD NO CHOICE.
