The FIRST RESURRECTION is meant for the believer(saved) and the SECOND RESURRECTION(Rev 20.11-15) for the lost.

In the first resurrection, THE DEAD IN CHRIST SHALL RISE FIRST: THEN WE WHICH ARE ALIVE AND REMAIN SHALL BE CAUGHT UP TOGETHER WITH THEM IN THE CLOUDS. 1 Thess 4:16-17

Blessed and holy is he that hath part in the FIRST RESURRECTION: on such the second death hath no power. Revelation 20:6

All believers who have trusted the gospel of Christ will all be part of the first resurrection.

This is why Paul says in Philippians 3.9

And be found in him, NOT HAVING MINE OWN RIGHTEOUSNESS, which is of the law, but that which is through the faith of Christ, THE RIGHTEOUSNESS WHICH IS OF GOD by faith.

The only way to be in Christ is by God's righteousnesses alone. And by this we can KNOW HIM, AND THE POWER OF HIS RESURRECTION. v10,11

Paul says at the time of writing he's yet to be resurrected "NOT AS THOUGH I HAD ALREADY ATTAINED", v12

BUT I FOLLOW AFTER, (that is to look forward to the resurrection). v12

Again Paul says, Brethren, I COUNT NOT MYSELF TO HAVE APPREHENDED(not yet resurrected)

but this one thing I do,

FORGETTING THOSE THINGS WHICH ARE BEHIND, that is "not having mine own righteousness",v9

and REACHING FORTH UNTO THOSE THINGS WHICH ARE BEFORE, (that is "the resurrection of the dead" v11)
Philippians 3:13

Thus we believers, you inclusive desire for fellowship in resurrection power, Christ being the reason why.
