Likewise to pursue a course of conduct which causes another to fear violence.

It would be an unusual application of the law, and I am not saying that a prosecution under either of these provisions would necessarily succeed, but given what was within her knowledge and her subsequent actions, Patel has at the very least very serious questions to answer.
