Even if it’s multiple years late thanks to PTI I’m still really excited for the orange line.

Really hope it’s a success!

When the metro projects were launched in Islamabad and Lahore I remember quite a few people, even people from different cities and people who already had cars using them and taking pictures, taking their kids, it was an exciting time.

But a few Youthia snobs at the time were not just criticisms the project but also making fun of the people who were so excited by public transport.

And I don’t know if it was being done just because of their hate against PMLN or maybe a lot of the overseas folks don’t understand how the tube maybe a part of their daily commute and so@they may hate it? Idk

But the reason Pakistan was so excited was because it was the first time in over a decade something was being done for their benefit.

And it was a sign that things were changing in Pakistan. Pakistan was turning around.
