If you are hearing all those things then perhaps you are indulging yourself in wrong places?
Your friends said that? Change circles.

"What about toxic family?"
The fact that you know they are toxic, why should you accept their "toxic views"?

In the end just stand strong with the deen, trust Allah and 100% submit to Allah.

Whatever toxicity that comes doesn't matter when you know you have Allah.
And tbh, I have never seen or heard the "czer" shaming before?? Just what kind of person do you keep in your life?
"But it's from the people on the internet"
More reason for you to not care isn't it? They don't know your circumstances so why should you even accept their views and comments?

You know you and you know your situation.
As long as what you do is not against the deen(islam) then why bother? Allah knows the best. Plus, how did random people on the internet even know if you had "czer" in the first place? Perhaps we should rethink what we let the world know.
By all means, I'm not trying to justify those shamings. But we know very well people are not gonna stop talking. Even if we try to change the world, there will always be those kind of people. So, why not we fix ourselves and be better instead?
Instead of accepting those shamings, why not we shrink our circle and take care of ourselves so that it doesn't happen in our circle?

Instead of blaming others for their comments, why not we control what we share to the world? Especially on social media.
