There are plenty of valid arguments here. Unfortunately, the person that made this thread invalidates their opinion several times throughout it. Many of the older examples listed here Matpat has acknowledged and apologized for in the past.

One moment that stood out to me was when they framed his support of Pewdiepie in a negative light. From my understanding, the purpose of this thread is to enlighten people to these facts so they can make an educated decision of whether they wish to continue to support him.

But choosing to involve another party into this thread alienates a large number of people who like the creator. The exclusion of these fans from the conversation serves to minimize the number of people who could be impacted by your words.
