yknow i think the thing that makes the whole manji = ban thing so fucking shocking and BRILLIANTLY EXECUTED is through last weeks chapter where what happened to jun after her death was revealed. lets discuss:

disclaimer: im not sure if manji = ban was full out confirmed yet (i havent . actually read chapters 335 and 336 in full yet tbh, yes i wish i had comico coins) but all the signs and facts point to it as p much confirmed so this thread will take this as confirmed as well

when you look at oni jun's design, your mind wanders to manji due to the many similarities that u notice btwn them

the yellow horn, two color gradient hair, purple eyes, pointy ears????? honestly, its a comparison begging to be made

so with these similarities you start to put other facts together and think, "wait, jun's (or jin ig) design looks vv similar to manji's, does this mean smth similar happened to him in the past too?? did he get shot or smth as well??"
