Okay so first of all, there are many types of glow ups but here we are talking about the physical aspect. If you want another thread about how to mentally glow up let me know <3
Physical glow ups come under different forms, you can glow up in three days and it would be a big improvement from where you are now. But we are talking about a complete glow up, with VERY significant changes, this type could take a few months depending on your starting point.
So this thread will be divided into two main sections:
β’ππππ π: Longterm physical changes and alterations
β’ππππ π: Cosmetics and general enhancements tips (that bring it all together and add that extra effortless spark)

So glowing up significantly and reaching your best form isnβt easy but totally worth it, this part is all about the harder changes.
So first of you want to get your body in shape whatever that means to you UNDER HEALTHY CONDITIONS. If you arenβt at your fittest it will most likely take you a few months of hard work and dedication. Understand that the process takes time and if you rush it or over restrict-
the results wonβt be sustainable, youβll be back to square 1 in a few months. Also the process although tough is supposed to be enjoyable. I promise you can eat enough calories and still get a flat stomach it just takes longer, but guess what it also lasts longer!
ππππ© π: πΈπππππ ππ π ππππ ππ’π, if you can afford to pay more for a better gym, better aesthetics, equipment, sauna etc.. then do it! If it wonβt make u go broke ofcourse, idk about the US but in Europe almost every gym has a student discount!
After you sign up at a nice gym by yourself cute gym clothes and a nice smoothie/water bottle to hype you up for going to the gym. Have a little gym bag with all the essentials, and have your gym look which could be like a nice pony tail and some gloss and mascara-
just to make you feel more confident. I would avoid makeup on your skin tho, youβll get sweaty and itβll seep into your pores and melt away. I would suggest going about 5x a week if you want to see significant changes.
Btw significant changes not to your body but also mental health, going to the gym doesnβt always have to be about changing the way your body looks but also just taking care of your body and making your core stronger even if you donβt have an aesthetic goal
it really doesnβt have to be about losing weight at all, bc you donβt need to do that in order to glow up. Itβs just about working on your own fitness goals whatever those may be and regardless of if they involve changing your appearance, itβs just to make u more confident
Everyone has different schedules, but if you can try going first thing in the morning and waking up super early, itβs more than fulfilling <3
ππππ© π: πΆπ πππππππ’ ππππππππ, πππ π’πππ ππππππ ππππππ πππππ. I know you are thinking βI came to this thread to glow and look like an it girl not go grocery shoppingβ. But itβs part of it, you need to have healthy options available
to you because the gym is only 40% the other 60% is how well you eat. Now do not restrict, having good functioning organs, and a healthy interior beats any beauty trend. But if you were that into beauty trends know that they constantly change and quite drastically so!
