Furthermore, the Republican lag this year is both odd and ahistorical. Traditionally, Republicans have voted earlier and there& #39;s a late surge in Dem-heavy Denver - which has given many of us heartburn waiting for Dems to catch up.

And there& #39;s the additional problem that Republicans are third in registration in Colorado and lag Democrats by about 100,000 voters. Unaffiliateds, the largest group, split 60-40 Dem in the 2018 midterms here.
