Why do @Premierleague fans seem to hate on the Bundesliga?

[THREAD]
The Uk public said ja to the Bundesliga since the restart of last season. Viewing figures from BT Sport went up dramatically. Schalke brought in 1,316% of viewings, compared to Dortmund at 985% and Bayern at 626%.
Dortmund remain the broadcasters most watched team, before lockdown their games averaged at 28,000 viewers, it now stands at 276,000 since the restart. Players like Sancho and Bellingham most likely adding to the viewing interest from the UK market.
It seems though, the Bundesliga gets singled out more than the other leagues, for being poor, when it comes to Premierleague fans.

Why is this? Premierleague fans watch the Bundesliga more than they are willing to admit. They know what happens in certain games, certain incidents
Now why would you take time to watch a league that you claim is worse than the one you support?

The English mentality, is one of superiority, it runs through the country. The Premierleague was invented based around money, as a way to keep the money around the top clubs.
Over the past 10 years of the Premierleague, these are the stats from the so called ‘big six’ when it comes to transfer activity.

Manchester City. £1.014b
Manchester United. £935m
Chelsea. £499m
Arsenal. £473m
Liverpool. £336m
Tottenham. £168m

Total spent: £3.425b!
These are figures that can not possibly be sustainable. It is a staggering statistic that nearly £3.5billion has been spent, only by 6 clubs, in just 10 years.
Of these clubs, they only made a profit, on transfer activity alone, in 12 of those 60 seasons combined.

Manchester United and Manchester City are the only two teams, to have not turned a profit, on transfer activity, over this period.
Tottenham Hotspur spent just 168m over the past 10 seasons, nearly 9 times less than Manchester City. And yet, they have been in more Champions League finals than Manchester City. Proof, as if it was needed, that money spent does not equate to success.
The Premierleague seems to be spending vast amounts of money, to not go anywhere, to almost stand still.
Let’s talk the Champions League. A competition England is obsessed with. To justify their massive spending, and help validate the league.

In the past 10 seasons, only 2 Premierleague sides have won the competition.
Chelsea in 2012, and Liverpool in 2019. Compare this to the Bundesliga, where also two clubs have won it. Bayern in 2013 and 2020.

The Premierleague has had 5 representatives in the final over the past 10 years. The Bundesliga, also having 5.
Now I don’t know about you, to me that seems a pretty poor return, for the money spent.

For a league that was built by money, they don’t seem to be performing any better than a league that they claim to look down upon.
The Premierleague has always been called out as the most entertaining league in the world. So let’s look into this shall we.

Last season in the Premierleague, there was a total of 1034 goals scored, in 380 games. An average of 2.72 gpg.
80% of games had over 1.5 goals, 52% had over 2.5, and only 28% had over 3.5 goals per game.

Let’s compare this to the Bundesliga:

In the same season, there was 982 goals scored, in 306 total games, average of 3.21 gpg

86% had over 1.5 goals,65% over 2.5, and 42% over 3.5gpg
Only 52 more goals were scored in the Premierleague compared to the Bundesliga, and that is with playing 74 extra matches. I’m not seeing much difference there.

In the Premierleague, only 51% of games had both teams scoring, where as it was at 58% in the Bundesliga.
Maybe defending is the Premierleague’s strong point?

In the Premierleague, for the season 19/20, there were an amazing 121 errors that directly led to a goal, compared to a mere 77 in the Bundesliga.
Martin Dúbravka of Newcastle was the most error prone with 6. Jordan Pickford had a total of 4, which included an average of. 12.7 times P/90 losing possession.

David De Gea and Ederson both had 3 each, with the latter having an additional 3 errors leading to a goal chance.
4 errors were the most in Germany, in terms of leading to a goal.

Yann Sommer, Alexander Nübel and Markus Schubert, all goalkeepers, made 12 between them.
The Bundesliga gives as good as it gets in terms of entertainment, and producing talent that is known world wide. Some of the best talent in the world was made in the Bundesliga, players that Premierleague fans call their best.
2015 saw a glut of Bundesliga stars arrived into the Premierleague. De Bruyne, Son and Firminho all came from Germany. Since then, players like Gundogan, Sane, Werner and Havertz, amongst others, have been poached by the Premierleague.
It begs the question, if the league is so poor, why bother wanting to take the players from it?

The Bundesliga boasts some of the best up and coming youth in world football, with even some English players choosing Germany over the Premierleague and its riches, to develop.
The English mentality has always been one of, feeling they are the best, but based on little evidence.

However in 2017 the league had a whopping 69% foreign players in its league, compared to just 49% in Germany.
The current numbers lie at 61% and 56% respectively.
The Bundesliga is a league that boasts fair fan ownership and envolvement of its clubs. It is a league where it’s clubs are still deep rooted in their communities. And it is growing more and more popular each year.
