To the people who say terrible things to trans folks:

1. The majority of us have survived much worse than what you can do to us
2. We aren't going to stop being ourselves
3. You are perfectly free to do something else with your time

So can you? You're exhausting.

And some of us are fragile, for a variety of reasons, or actively struggling. Your hate can hurt people beyond recovery.

You're not going to change us, so if you could just leave us alone?

Me, you exhaust, but I'm fine. You can't take a damn thing from me that I care about.

But I'm one of the lucky ones.

The world has a lot of actual problems. Go fix one of them. Please. Anything. Just leave us alone, be minimally respectful, and get on with your life.
