For those curious, the word "veteran" doesn't appear in the report, so it doesn't look like the report includes any of the reported slowdowns for @DeptVetAffairs mail-order prescriptions, which seemed to be largely regional and now appear to have generally resolved.

That said, if you're a veteran or caregiver still dealing with any issues with your mail, my DMs are open. Most folks I've checked in with are now receiving their prescriptions on time or ahead of schedule.
