i feel like your cat would be a stray that dazai once found on a rainy day and decided to bring home.
since that day your dates would be mostly stay at home ones; you& #39;d cuddle a lot with the cat and watch movies, maybe. other than that, you& #39;d visit the local pet stores a lot, and dazai would definitely spend a shit load of money on unnecessary cat things.
you would think that the cat is the one to choose its favorite person and follow them around— wrong. dazai would be the one to be everywhere where the cat is, never leaving it alone.
i feel like the cat would prefer to be around you, though? and dazai would have a hard time accepting that so he would do a lot of stupid things to make the cat like him more.. *cough* well, it wouldn& #39;t exactly end up the way he wanted it to.
adopting a cat means more bandages. dazai would play with the cat a lot and in consequence get many scratches on his hands, forearms, face... you& #39;d patch him up each time, of course.
(1)the cat would definitely sleep on the bed with you two. it would most likely curl up in a ball somewhere near you, though. dazai would wait until you fall asleep, then pick up the cat and place it closer to himself.
(2)he would be extra happy whenever he would see that the cat stayed near him, especially if he woke up to it lying on his chest.
i see them constantly having STARING CONTESTS. dazai just crouching down and looking straight into the cat& #39;s eyes, sometimes meowing at it. dazai standing in the kitchen while the cat& #39;s sitting on the countertop, he would watch it closely with a serious face.
(1)dazai would definitely take a lot of funny selfies with the cat. he would send them to you whenever you were away from home to brighten your day.
(2)he would send them to chuuya and kunikida, too. a new way to annoy them.
the two of you sitting on the couch and playing with the cat& #39;s paws? who doesn& #39;t love paws?
