DAY 1: ALBUM SALES
HANTEO: Hanteo is a chart the tracks the sales of albums directly from Hanteo certified shops and online kpop stores. Hanteo sales are counted in 4 out of the 6 music shows.
This chart updates the number of albums sales daily.
GAON CHART: Gaon is a chart that counts shipments of albums as reported by the distributors. Gaon sales are counted towards most award shows.
This chart updates weekly and updates the number of album sales monthly.
PREORDERS: The number of preorders for GOT7’s album decides how many albums JYPE will print and stock. If we increase the number of preorders then JYPE will have to accommodate the demand and stock more.

1ST WEEK SALES:Preorders are reflected in the first week of comeback. The first day is usually the biggest sales day. Having the highest first week sales is very important for wins on music shows.
MONTHLY SALES: If we want to give GOT7 1 million cumulative sales this year we need to buy GOT7’s new album and continue buying DYE!

ALBUM GROUP ORDERS: A group order is a cheaper way to buy albums and goods by joining a bulk order pertaining to the country you live in. Group orders are another way to help increase preorders.
