Bet you're talking "quotas" not policies. Quotas destroy the workplace b/c you're forced to hire inferior employees. I live in a town where many of my female neighbors are engineers and doctors. I grew up w/neighborhood mom's who were chemists back in the 60's!

Our small town's known for an excellent school system. It's very competitive. Perhaps you should beat the drum for "school of choice", where parents can choose a quality education. Universities are lowering their academic requirements for women & minorities. That doesn't help.

Ppl and corporations want to hire the best and brightest. We have women & minorities employed in all walks of life in this country, which includes the Trump organization. Excellent education's the key, which is missing in metropolitan areas.
